Key Club International is the largest and oldest high school service program. The mission of the student-led club is to improve communities through acts of service while developing leadership skills among members.

Some of the recent service projects and events of the WCS Key Club include:

• Donation to North Carolina Flood Victims
• Fall Festival
• Football Game Concessions
• J&J Candle Sales
• Red Cross Blood Drive in the Fall and Spring
• Salvation Army Kettle Drive at WCS
• Christmas Donations to the Salvation Army and The Way of the Cross
• Doughnuts and Coffee for the Officers at the Offer's Appreciation Chapel
• Candy Grams for Valentine's Day
• Kiwanis Pancake Day
• Help Serve Lunch at The Way of the Cross
• Help Band with Run-a-Thon- Our proceeds go to Camp Seale Harris (a camp for children with type 1 diabetes)
